Strange Adventures: The Deluxe Edition collects Tom King, Mitch Gerads and Evan Shaner's series about Adam Strange, a war hero touring his own memoir while Mister Terrific investigates whether any of it is true. The two artists split the timelines, and the contrast is the whole argument.

G. Willow Wilson and Marcio Takara turned a Batman villain into the lead of a body horror road story. Betrayed and dying, Pamela Isley leaves Gotham to spread a fungus that will end humanity, and the book never asks the reader to decide whether she is wrong, only how far she is willing to go.
