Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General information

This document governs the purchase conditions in the Omnibus Store online shop, dedicated to the sale of comics in omnibus format.

2. Products

Omnibus Store offers a curated selection of Marvel and DC omnibus editions, aimed at readers and collectors.

All products are sold as:

• New
• Sealed (unless otherwise stated)

Due to printing and publishing distribution processes, some products may present minor factory imperfections (slight handling marks or minimal corner irregularities) that are not considered defects.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Available payment methods:

• Credit or debit card
• PayPal
• Klarna (buy now pay later, subject to provider conditions)
• Cash on delivery (payment upon delivery)

The order will be considered confirmed once payment or authorisation from the relevant entity has been received. For cash on delivery orders, confirmation occurs after shipment validation.

4. Shipping

Titles that are in stock are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours from payment confirmation. The carrier is selected based on destination to ensure the best service.

Estimated delivery: 3 to 9 business days across Europe.

Titles marked on request are not held in stock: they are ordered from our European distributor after payment confirmation and delivered in about four weeks. They are paid in full at the normal price, with no deposit and no surcharge; if the distributor cannot supply the book, the order is refunded in full. The lead time is shown on the product page and in the basket before purchase.

Pre-orders cover titles that have not been published yet but have a known release date: they are paid at reservation and dispatched as soon as the book reaches us.

All orders are shipped using our specialist packaging system for omnibus editions. Omnibus Store is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

5. Right of withdrawal

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to change their mind and request a return by email with the order number.

We arrange the return, cover the return shipping and issue a full refund, no questions asked.

6. No hidden fees

No restocking fees or deductions — the full amount is refunded once we receive the return.

7. Returns due to damage or error

If a product arrives damaged or there is an order error:

• The customer must report it within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt
• Photographic evidence may be requested

In these cases, Omnibus Store will cover the replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

8. Liability

Omnibus Store is not responsible for:

• Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Misuse of the product by the customer

9. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. As an EU consumer you also benefit from mandatory consumer protections and may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or a consumer mediation body in your country.

10. Modifications

Omnibus Store reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The conditions in force at the time of purchase will be the applicable ones.
