This document governs the purchase conditions in the Omnibus Store online shop, dedicated to the sale of comics in omnibus format.

2. Produits

Omnibus Store offers a curated selection of Marvel and DC omnibus editions, aimed at readers and collectors.

Tous les produits sont vendus sous la forme de :

  • Nouveautés
  • Sous scellés (sauf indication contraire)

Due to printing and publishing distribution processes, some products may present minor factory imperfections (slight handling marks or minimal corner irregularities) that are not considered defects.

3. Prices and payment

Tous les prix sont indiqués en euros (€) et incluent les taxes applicables.

Modes de paiement disponibles :

  • Credit or debit card
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (buy now pay later, subject to provider conditions)
  • Contre remboursement (paiement à la livraison)

The order will be considered confirmed once payment or authorisation from the relevant entity has been received. For cash on delivery orders, confirmation occurs after shipment validation.

4. Shipping

Les commandes sont traitées sous 24 à 48 heures ouvrées à compter de la confirmation du paiement. Les livraisons sont effectuées via InPost et GLS.

Délai de livraison estimé : 3 à 9 jours ouvrés en Europe.

Livraison gratuite sur chaque commande en Europe. Sans minimum, sans frais de douane.

All orders are shipped using our specialist packaging system for omnibus editions. Omnibus Store is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

5. Droit de rétractation

Le client dispose d'un délai de 14 jours calendaires à compter de la réception de la commande pour exercer son droit de rétractation. Pour ce faire :

  • Le produit doit être en bon état
  • Le client doit signaler son intention de retourner le produit par e-mail à omnibus@omnibus-store.com

Once the return is accepted, the customer must send the product to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

6. Produits scellés

Products sold as "new / sealed" are intended to remain in their original state. Breaking the seal implies a loss of value and the product will be considered as opened.

For returns of products with a broken seal, Omnibus Store will apply a 20% reduction on the refund amount as depreciation.

7. Retours pour cause de dommage ou d'erreur

If a product arrives damaged or there is an order error:

  • The customer must report it within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt
  • Des preuves photographiques pourront être demandées

In these cases, Omnibus Store will cover the replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

8. Responsabilité

Omnibus Store is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control
  • Mauvaise utilisation du produit par le client

9. Applicable law

Ces conditions sont régies par la législation espagnole.

10. Modifications

Omnibus Store reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The conditions in force at the time of purchase will be the applicable ones.
