Delivery Policy

Tracked European shipping for oversized USA omnibus editions: free pickup-point delivery with no minimum order in 8 countries, low-cost home delivery, and custom protective packaging.

Pickup point or locker delivery (InPost / Mondial Relay) is free with no minimum order to: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.

Tracked home delivery is available at the rate shown at checkout. It is free from €250 of products.

1. Order preparation

Shipping resumes from 29 October. Pre-orders and on-request titles remain subject to availability.

Titles marked on request are not in our warehouse: we order them from our European distributor as soon as your order comes in. Expect about four weeks until delivery. The product page and the basket always show the lead time before you buy.

Pre-orders are titles that have not been published yet but have a known release date: we ship them as soon as the book is published and reaches us, within the estimated window shown on the product page.

2. Shipping methods

At checkout you can choose between a free pickup-point option with no minimum order and low-cost tracked home delivery. All orders ship with tracking.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times:

  • In-stock titles, Europe: 3 to 9 business days after dispatch
  • On-request titles: about four weeks in total
  • Pre-orders: the estimated window shown on the product page

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond Omnibus Store's control, such as logistics issues or high demand periods.

4. Mixed orders: one parcel or two

If your order mixes in-stock titles with on request or pre-order titles, you can ask at checkout to receive it in two parcels: in-stock titles ship separately and the rest follows when it arrives. During our shipping break, both parcels wait until dispatch resumes.

  • To a pickup point: the second parcel is free
  • To a home address: your country's delivery rate is charged a second time

If you leave that option unticked, the order ships in one go once everything is ready.

5. Packaging

Every order is prepared with our custom packaging system for omnibus editions, designed to minimise the risk of damage during transit:

  • Made-to-measure cardboard insert with reinforced walls
  • Double layer of bubble wrap
  • Custom rigid box (30 × 26.5 × 9 cm)

6. Order tracking

All orders ship with tracking. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

7. Delivery issues

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated absence, or other customer-related reasons, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package. In such cases, Omnibus Store may charge the additional shipping costs.

8. Liability

Omnibus Store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will manage any incidents to ensure your order is properly received.

9. Damage during transit

If your order arrives with visible damage:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence

Omnibus Store will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
