About this omnibus

X-Men Revolution was the 2000 relaunch: a six-month time jump, new costumes, and Claremont writing both flagship titles with a deliberately disorienting opening. The jump forward means the reader arrives after something has already gone wrong, which is a genuinely unusual way to open a relaunch.
