Luke Ross is a Brazilian artist whose detailed, realistic style has made him one of Marvel's most reliable A-list draftsmen. His work is grounded and cinematic, carefully rendered faces, convincing anatomy and staging that favours clarity and weight over flash. It is a disciplined approach that suits espionage, war, science fiction and street-level heroics equally well.

His signature runs are prime omnibus material. He drew a long, acclaimed run of Captain America with Ed Brubaker and Rick Remender, and became one of Marvel's key Star Wars artists on miniseries including Shattered Empire, Thrawn and Darth Maul. Earlier work on Green Lantern, Journey into Mystery and the Punisher rounds out a career on major titles.
