Batman: Rise and Fall of the Batmen Omnibus focuses on the Bat-family as a tactical unit, with James Tynion IV building a team around training, trust, betrayal and the cost of turning Gotham's defenders into something almost military. Batman is central, but the emotional weight belongs to the people who choose to stand beside him.
