Description

Background. This second volume takes Bill Mantlo's Rom the Spaceknight from a solo hunt into an all-out war for Earth. What began as one Spaceknight tracking hidden Dire Wraiths widens as the shapeshifters' infiltration is exposed and the Marvel Universe is pulled in. Mantlo pushes the emotional core of the series to its resolution, closing one of the most quietly influential runs of the early 1980s.

What's inside. Collects Rom (1979) #30-50 and Annual #1-2, plus Marvel Two-in-One #99. Written by Bill Mantlo with Steven Grant and Mark Gruenwald, and drawn by Sal Buscema with Pat Broderick and Greg LaRocque. Includes the escalation of the Dire Wraith war and the arc that resolves Rom's fate.
