Ultimate X-Men Omnibus Vol. 3 keeps Marvel’s alternate mutant universe moving through sharper politics, celebrity pressure and a world where the X-Men are still learning what kind of symbol they can become. It is a modernized mutant line with rougher edges and less comfort than the classic version.
