Returns & Refunds
Deadlines, conditions and procedure for requesting a return or refund on your order.
1. Right of withdrawal
Customers have 14 calendar days from receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To do so, please notify us by email at omnibus@omnibus-store.com, including:
- Order number
- Reason for the return (optional)
2. Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be in good condition
- Include all original elements
- Be sent in appropriate packaging to ensure its protection
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
3. Sealed products
Products sold as "new/sealed" are intended to remain in their original state. Breaking the seal implies a loss of value and the product will be considered as opened.
For returns of products with a broken seal, a 20% reduction on the refund amount will be applied as depreciation. If the product shows damage, use or additional deterioration, the return may be rejected.
4. Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products showing obvious signs of use
- Products damaged by causes unrelated to shipping
- Incomplete products or products not fit for resale
5. Damaged products or order errors
If a product arrives damaged or there is an error in the order:
- The customer must report it within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt
- Photographic evidence may be requested
In these cases, Omnibus Store will cover the costs of collection, replacement or refund.
6. Refunds
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will cover the product amount. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases of error or damaged product. Processing times depend on the customer's bank.
7. Final notes
Omnibus editions are collectible products whose value may be affected by handling or opening the original packaging. We recommend keeping the seal intact if you wish to maintain the product in optimal condition.
