Delivery Policy

1. Order preparation

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping methods

The carrier is selected based on the destination and order characteristics to ensure the best possible service. All orders ship with tracking.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 3 to 9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond Omnibus Store's control, such as logistics issues or high demand periods.

4. Packaging

Every order is prepared with our custom packaging system for omnibus editions, designed to minimise the risk of damage during transit:

• Custom rigid box (30 × 26.5 × 9 cm)
• Double layer of bubble wrap
• Black kraft paper with "Only Omnibus" seal
• Brown kraft paper side reinforcement
• Custom security tape

5. Order tracking

All orders ship with tracking. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery issues

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated absence, or other customer-related reasons, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package. In such cases, Omnibus Store may charge the additional shipping costs.

7. Liability

Omnibus Store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will manage any incidents to ensure your order is properly received.

8. Damage during transit

If your order arrives with visible damage:

• Report it within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photographic evidence

Omnibus Store will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Omnibus Store currently ships to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
