Chaque omnibus que nous vendons est soumis à un processus de vérification avant d'arriver dans votre bibliothèque. Voici ce que nous vérifions.
At Omnibus Store we work with collector's editions. We know that someone buying a €120 omnibus expects more than "a new book" — they expect an edition that can last decades on a shelf. That's why we apply the same review standard to every title that comes into the store.
Official sourcing
We work with official Marvel Comics and DC Comics distributors. We do not sell copies, counterfeits or unauthorised reprints.
Seal condition
All omnibus editions arrive factory-sealed. If any title does not have a seal, this is explicitly stated on its product page.
Inspection visuelle
Nous inspectons chaque livre avant de le mettre en vente : jaquette, dos, coins, étiquette et tranches. Si nous constatons des chocs ou des défauts importants, nous ne le vendons pas comme neuf.
Climate-controlled storage
Omnibus editions are stored in a humidity-controlled environment, away from direct sunlight. Premium paper requires specific care.
Emballage professionnel
Every shipment leaves with our own protection system: custom rigid box, double bubble wrap, kraft paper, side reinforcement and security tape. No improvisation.
Gestion des incidents
If a shipment arrives damaged, we take full responsibility: complete replacement or refund, including shipping costs. No questions asked.
Petites imperfections
Omnibus editions are large-format books printed and distributed from the United States. Due to the industrial process, some units may present minor factory imperfections such as slight handling marks, minimal corner irregularities or minor colour variations on the dust jacket. These are common in the industry and are not considered defects — they are characteristics of the North American publishing process.
If you detect a major defect (torn pages, loose binding, serious stains), contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
