Terms and Conditions of Sale
Conditions applicable to all purchases made in the Omnibus Store online shop.
1. General information
This document governs the purchase conditions in the Omnibus Store online shop, dedicated to the sale of comics in omnibus format.

2. Products
Omnibus Store offers a curated selection of Marvel and DC omnibus editions, aimed at readers and collectors.
All products are sold as:
- New
- Sealed (unless otherwise stated)
Due to printing and publishing distribution processes, some products may present minor factory imperfections (slight handling marks or minimal corner irregularities) that are not considered defects.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Available payment methods:
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal
- Klarna (buy now pay later, subject to provider conditions)
- Cash on delivery (payment upon delivery)
The order will be considered confirmed once payment or authorisation from the relevant entity has been received. For cash on delivery orders, confirmation occurs after shipment validation.
4. Shipping
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours from payment confirmation. The carrier is selected based on destination to ensure the best service.
Estimated delivery: 3 to 9 business days across Europe.
Free shipping on every order across Europe. No minimum, no customs fees.
All orders are shipped using our specialist packaging system for omnibus editions. Omnibus Store is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
5. Right of withdrawal
Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. To do so:
- The product must be in good condition
- The customer must notify their intention to return it by email to omnibus@omnibus-store.com
Once the return is accepted, the customer must send the product to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
6. Sealed products
Products sold as "new / sealed" are intended to remain in their original state. Breaking the seal implies a loss of value and the product will be considered as opened.
For returns of products with a broken seal, Omnibus Store will apply a 20% reduction on the refund amount as depreciation.
7. Returns due to damage or error
If a product arrives damaged or there is an order error:
- The customer must report it within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt
- Photographic evidence may be requested
In these cases, Omnibus Store will cover the replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
8. Liability
Omnibus Store is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control
- Misuse of the product by the customer
9. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
10. Modifications
Omnibus Store reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The conditions in force at the time of purchase will be the applicable ones.
